HEY YALLS!

My name is LUXX, I am an interdisciplinary artist between Graphing Design, Painting and Printmaking. I was born and raised in Williamsburg and Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, New York. I graduated from Chelsea CTE High School (Class of 2021) with a major in Graphic Design and currently a student at SUNY @ Purchase College studying Graphic Design (Class of 2025).

In my art I explore the themes of Black culture, Black America, oppression, sexuality and joy. Several of my works exclusively involve black artists, muses and history. I specialize in poster making, flyer production, brand design and book design.

(3) My main mediums of art include Procreate, the Adobe Suite and watercolour paint

(4) My big three in order is Taurus, Leo and Aquarius.

(5) My favourite TV shows are: Avatar the Last Airbender, RuPaul's Drag Race, Gravity Falls, Scooby Doo Mystery Incorporated and anything murder-mystery.

(6) My favourite songs are Sweet Melody by Little Mix, Unbreak my Heart by Toni Braxton and Out of Time by the Weeknd.

(7) I awlays wanted to travel to Greece, and France.

(8) My favourite colour is neon yellow and cadmium yellow.
